Why?

Teaching in higher ed is a complex task. It makes no sense to tackle it on our own. Instead, we strive to learn from each other to be the best teachers we can be.

How?

We discuss and reflect upon current challenges in our teaching practice as a group. We hear outsider perspectives and input.
We meet in highly structured settings that help us to set meaningful goals, to tackle our individual challenges, and to stay accountable.

When and Where?

We meet for one hour (about) every two weeks in a private, virtual room. We plan a total of 12 sessions throughout the academic year and we do our best to attend most/all of them.
Meetings will be in German or English, depending on the group’s composition. The group will be limited to eight higher ed teachers.
